Comprehensive basic leg training arrangement

Muscle friends, the benefits of leg training needless to say, everyone who has practiced it knows it. The following is a basic combination of leg training movements. 1. Squat 2. Leg press 3. Hack squat 4. Seated leg curl 5. Supine leg curl 6. Stiff leg deadlift. It is recommended to do 4-6 groups and 8-12 reps for each action. (Squats can be arranged to sprint with one or two groups of heavy weights).
